Store Manager - On - Abu Dhabi

Purpose

Drive sales through the performance and development of the Sales Team. Ensure the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards.

Key Accountabilities

Strategy Development & Implementation

  • Continuously embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
  • Actively contributes and assists in developing strategies in collaboration with Retail Manager/Area Manager to increase store traffic; optimize profitability; develop high potential customers; Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share and work towards implementing these strategies within the store.
  • Establish and build external partnerships to boost community engagement.
  • Execute product strategy and work closely with our sales planning and retail marketing team for optimize sales funnel & visual merchandising.

Stock Management

  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapports with potential and existing customers. Reports on product performance, buying trends and customer needs.
  • Oversee inventory management and BoH (Back-of-House) processes and FoH (Front-of-House) operations for exceptional customer service.

 

People Management

  • Hire & Manage schedules for all store advisors, collaborate with our Human Capital team for talent management & development (e.g.recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training and career progression).
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook

  • Experience creating interactive and meaningful experience for your customers and team members

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications:

Essential

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Business Administration or equivalent

 

 

Previous Experience:

Essential

  • 5-8 years job related experience
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in retail store operations, 2 of which in a managerial position.
  • Operational retail experience in a sports, tech and / or fashion environment is a strong plus.
