Purpose
Drive sales through the performance and development of the Sales Team. Ensure the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards.
Key Accountabilities
Customer Experience
- Works with the Store Manager to lead the team in executing an exceptional customer service experience and create memorable moments by exceeding their expectations; building meaningful and lasting customer relationships and increase and retain customer loyalty
- Resolves customer complaints and responds to comments in a timely manner.
Sales/ Revenue Management
- Work with the Store Manager to drive and maximize sales performance of the team to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
- Support monitoring of store key performance indicator to track healthiness of business operations.

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Business Administration or equivalent
Previous Experience:
Essential
- 3-5 years job related experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience in retail store operations, with atleast 1 of which in a managerial position.
- Operational retail experience in a sports, tech and / or fashion environment is a strong plus.
