Senior Sales Advisor

Purpose

The Senior Sales Advisor – Products is responsible for promoting company products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional service. 

Key Accountabilities

Providing Customer Experience 

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience and create memorable moments by exceeding their expectations. 

  • Continuously embody and communicate On's values and brand philosophy to internal and external customers. 

Meeting Sales Targets  

Capturing CRM Data 

VM (Visual Merchandising)

Other Tasks/ Responsibilities 

  • Supervise and mentor the Advisors by demonstrating an exceptional customer focused approach within daily work 

  • Manage, implement and monitor daily zoning schedules to enable optimal customer flows  

  • Open and close store following protocol

Qualifications And Experience

Qualifications: 

Essential 

  • High School or equivalent  

Previous Experience: 

Essential 

  • 1-3 years job related experience 

  • Operational retail experience in a sports, tech and / or fashion environment is a strong plus.
